What counts, what happens at the limit, and how to get an invoice
What counts as one ranked search?
One keyword submission and everything it returns: the ranked list, every signal breakdown you open, and the gap map. Refinements you run from that search each count as a search of their own, because each one retrieves and scores a fresh result set.
What happens when I hit the Free limit?
Searching pauses until the month resets. Nothing is deleted, nothing is downgraded, and every search you have already run stays readable and exportable for its full thirty days.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, with the remainder of your current term credited. Downgrade or cancel at any time and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Your searches remain exportable after a downgrade.
Do you offer academic or non-profit pricing?
Yes. Write to us from the contact page with your institution and how many seats you need, and we will send the discounted rate and an invoice your finance office will accept.
What do I need for a purchase order?
Team plans can be invoiced annually against a purchase order, and we can complete supplier onboarding, security questionnaires and a data processing agreement. Ask on the contact page and we will send the paperwork.
